Before deleting your account
Deleting your EVCS account is a permanent action - it cannot be recovered once complete.
Users who delete their EVCS account will have their account and all associated personally identifiable information removed from EVCS and will no longer be able to access account details such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Credit card details
- Charge history
- Payment history
Before deleting your account, please be sure to review any history information you may want to preserve for your records through the Profile section of the EVCS app.
Subscription payment emails are sent out at the time of renewal, but in case those are unavailable or you want to keep a record of charging history, you can take a screenshot of payments and charging sessions from your mobile device.
Deleting your EVCS account
Please note, once you have completed these instructions, your account will be permanently deleted from EVCS's servers and cannot be restored.
To delete your EVCS account:
- Sign into the EVCS app
- Click the Profile button in the lower-right corner of the screen
- Click Account Details
- Click Delete Account
- Once you are ready, click the Confirm button to finalize the cancellation
