Subscription payments and renewals
Per our Terms and Conditions, payments for EVCS subscription plans (including automatic renewals) are final and non-refundable regardless of circumstances. EVCS does not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time in a billing period.
Upgrades, Downgrades and Cross-grades
If you cancel or downgrade your subscription, you will have access to the remainder of your subscription energy allowance through the end of your current billing cycle. As such, canceled or downgraded plans are not eligible for full or partial refunds or credits.

Preauthorization
Pay As You Go (non-subscription) charging sessions will incur a $30 or $50 pre-authorization hold as a temporary check placed on your payment card (debit or credit card) to ensure there are sufficient funds available on your account before a charging session begins. Once the session is complete, the hold will be replaced by the actual amount charged during your session.

Any sessions started outside these hours will be charged at the standard Pay As You Go rate for the location and are not eligible for refund or credit regardless of circumstances.
