Charging speeds may vary during the day. At peak times, speeds could be slower than normal due to high energy usage in the area.
If you are experiencing slow charging speeds, you may try the following:
- Stop the charging session, unplug the connector and place it back on the charger that it belongs to; wait a few minutes and try again.
- Try another charger at the same location.
- Contact EVCS Customer Service at (866) 300-3827. Agents can reset the charger remotely, which may solve the issue.
