Cancel your subscription plan

Overview

Users may cancel their subscription plan at any time either through the EVCS app or on the web.

  • Cancellations will be scheduled automatically for the end of your current billing period
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with details
  • EVCS does not provide refunds for partially used or unused billing periods per our Terms & Conditions
  • Users will have access to the remainder of their subscription hour allotment through the end of their billing period
  • Your card on file will not be charged again unless you reactivate your plan

Cancel a subscription

To cancel your subscription plan, follow these steps:

EVCS website

  1. Go to www.evcs.com and log into your account.
  2. On your account page, select "Cancel My Subscription".
  3. Please check the reason why you are canceling your plan.
  4. Select "Cancel My Subscription".

EVCS mobile app

  1. Open the EVCS app and make sure you're logged into your account
  2. Click Profile > Manage Plan
  3. Click the Cancel Plan button
  4. Read through the cancellation details, then click Continue Cancellation
