If you have a subscription plan and the EVCS app is not recognizing it (by asking for payment to initiate a charging session) it is possible that you have a duplicated account and are currently logged on the account that is not linked to the subscription plan.
To solve this; simply log out of the app and log back in using the same credentials that you used to sign up for the subscription plan.
This also applies for Google, Facebook or Apple sign in, if you used any of these methods to sign up for the subscription, make sure you use the same method to log in on the EVCS app.
