When will my subscription be billed each month?
For monthly plans, your credit card will be automatically charged at midnight on the day of the month you initially purchased the subscription. For example, if you purchased on June 6th, you will be billed the following month on July 6th.
For users who initially subscribed on the 29th, 30th or 31st, your subscription
For weekly plans, your card will be automatically charged at midnight on the day of the week you initially purchased the subscription. For example, if you purchased on Monday May 22nd, you will be billed the following week on Monday May 29th.
Do the plans automatically renew?
EVCS subscription plans do automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
How many miles of range will I get before I exceed the monthly allotment on my plan?

How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Users are free to upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
- Upgrades will be billed immediately so that users may take advantage of additional charging allotments.
- Downgrades and cancellations will be scheduled for the end of the current billing period so that users may finish out the remainder of the subscription they have paid for. EVCS does not provide credits or refunds for partially used or unused subscription periods.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, customers may cancel their plans at any time. Cancellations will be scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle, during which time you will be able to use the remainder of your charging allotment. EVCS does not provide credits or refunds for partially used or unused subscription periods.

When will EVCS open a station near me?
To stay informed about upcoming and current station availability, users may regularly check the network map on the EVCS app for the latest updates. Upcoming location availability is typically disabled by default, but may be enabled in the filter section of the search bar.
When can I charge with an Off-Peak plan?
Off-Peak plan subscribers must initiate their charging session between 10 PM and 6 AM (according to EVCS servers) to count toward the subscription plan allowance.
- Sessions initiated outside of this timeframe will be billed at the standard Pay As You Go rate and are not eligible for refund, regardless of circumstances.
- Sessions initiated during off-peak hours may continue charging beyond 6 AM, with all session minutes counting toward the Off-Peak plan allowance.
Can I use my EVCS subscription on non-EVCS charging networks?
No. Your EVCS subscription only offers you charging capability using the EVCS network. Your plan does not apply with other charging networks.
I am a rideshare driver (Uber, Lyft, Postmates, DoorDash, etc), can I sign up for any subscription plan?

Do EVCS subscription plans include a free trial?
No, all subscription plans are billed immediately upon signup.
Do my unused kilowatt hours rollover from month to month if left unused?
No. Per EVCS' Terms and Conditions: "Payments for Plans are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used or unused membership periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period."
