Before You Begin
Make sure you have an EVCS account. If you haven’t created one yet, check out our guide: Create an EVCS account.
Signing Up for a Plan
Step 1: Access the Plans
- Open the EVCS app and sign in if prompted.
- Go to your profile by tapping the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Explore available plans by selecting Explore Plans at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Choose Your Plan
Choose the right plan for you based on your expected charging needs:
- Average Mileage Plans – for casual or moderate charging needs
- High-Mileage Plans – for frequent charging or long commutes
Select a plan by tapping Select Plan.
Step 3: Complete Enrollment
Review your subscription details, including:
- Monthly rate
- Included kilowatt-hour allowance
- Discounted overage pricing
- Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions
Enter a payment method if you haven’t already added one. When ready, tap Agree & Subscribe to complete your enrollment.
Once complete, your payment method will be charged immediately, and you can start charging at EVCS stations right away!
