How Do I Add, Remove, or Edit a Payment Method?

You may add, remove, or edit a payment method by opening the EVCS app on your mobile device and tapping the Profile button at the bottom-right of the screen. Then scroll down to the Account section and tap on the Payment Methods option.

Add a payment method

1. Tap + Add Payment Method and fill in your card details:

   • Cardholder name

   • Card number

   • Expiration date

   • Zip code

   • CVV

2. Check the box Set as default payment method if you would like to make this card your primary payment method.

3. Tap the Add button.

Remove a payment method

Before beginning, please note that users with an active subscription must add a new payment method before removing the old one. Failing to do so will result in an error message.

1. Select the payment method you would like to remove.

2. Tap the Remove button.

Set Payment Method as Default

1. Select the payment method you would like to change.

2. Tap the Set as default button at the bottom.
