The EVCS Wallet is your central hub for tracking promotional credits and viewing how they are applied to your charging sessions. This guide will show you how to check your balance, redeem new coupon codes, and view your transaction history.
How to Access Your Wallet
- Open the EVCS App.
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
- In the Account section, tap Wallet.
Redeeming a Coupon Code
From the main Wallet screen, tap the Add Coupon button.
Enter your coupon code in the slide-up window.
Tap Apply.
Once successful, your balance will update and the credit details will appear in your Coupons tab.
Understanding Your Wallet Tabs
Below your main balance, you can toggle between two tabs:
Coupons Tab
This lists all promotional credits added to your account. Each card displays:
- Coupon Title & Amount: The name and specific value of the credit.
- Description: Details regarding the coupon's use.
- Expires on: The date the credit must be used by.
- Claimed on: The date the coupon was applied to your wallet.
History Tab
This provides a log of where your credits were spent. Each card displays:
- Site Location & Date: Where and when the transaction occurred.
- Charge Total: The total cost of the session or fee.
- From EVCS Wallet: The specific credit amount applied toward that total.
How Your Credits Are Used
Credits in your wallet will automatically applied to your account fees and charging costs, including:
- Pay-as-you-go sessions: One-time payments for charging.
- Subscription plan payments: Your monthly or weekly subscription fees.
- Subscription overage fees: Discounted rates paid once your allowance is exhausted.
Note: If your charging session or fee exceed your credit balance, the remaining amount will be charged to the credit card on file. Credits issued by customer Any unused credits will remain in your wallet for future use.
