Need a record of your last charging session? There are three ways to access your receipt depending on how you started your charge.
Using the EVCS App
This is the fastest method for subscribers and app users.
Open the EVCS App.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Select Payment History.
Tap the specific session to view your detailed receipt.
Pay As You Go via QR Code (SMS)
If you initiated your session by scanning the station's QR code with your phone's camera:
During the setup process on the web, you were prompted to enter a phone number.
A link to your digital receipt is automatically sent via SMS (text message) once the session is completed.
Using the On-Station Credit Card Reader
If you tapped or swiped a physical credit card or mobile wallet (Apple/Google Pay) directly at the station's card reader, a receipt is not automatically generated. You must contact EVCS Customer Support to retrieve it.

Date of charge and approximate time.
Station ID (Found on the front of the station, below the QR code).
Amount of the transaction.
Payment Details:
If you used a Physical Card: Provide the last 4 digits of the card.
If you used Apple/Google Pay: Provide the last 4 digits of the Virtual Card Number (see instructions below).
How to Find Your Virtual Card Number
When using Apple or Google Pay, the "Last 4 Digits" on your receipt will match a Virtual Card Number rather than your physical card.
Google Pay: You can locate this by opening Google Wallet > Tap on the card in question > Scroll to the bottom and tap "Details."
Apple Pay: You can check this by opening iOS' Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > (scroll down to and tap on your card in question) > Card Information, which will allow you to see both the "Physical Card" last 4 as well as the "Apple Pay" last 4.
