Overview
Users may cancel their subscription plan at any time either through the EVCS app or on the web.
- Cancellations will be scheduled automatically for the end of your current billing period
- You'll receive a confirmation email with details
- EVCS does not provide refunds for partially used or unused billing periods per our Terms & Conditions
- Users will have access to the remainder of their subscription hour allotment through the end of their billing period
- Your card on file will not be charged again unless you reactivate your plan
Cancel a subscription
To cancel your subscription plan, follow these steps:
EVCS mobile app
- Open the EVCS app and make sure you're logged into your account
- Click Profile > Manage Plan
- Click the Cancel Plan button
- Read through the cancellation details, then click Continue Cancellation
EVCS website
- Go to www.evcs.com and log into your account.
- On your account page, select "Cancel My Subscription".
- Please check the reason why you are canceling your plan.
- Select "Cancel My Subscription".
