Users may cancel their subscription plan at any time either through the EVCS app or on the web. This guide walks you through both cancellation processes.
Important Notes on Cancellation
- Cancellations will be scheduled automatically for the end of your current billing period.
- EVCS does not provide refunds for partially used or unused billing periods per our Terms & Conditions.
- Users will have access to the remainder of their subscription hour allotment through the end of their billing period.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with details, and your card on file will not be charged again unless you reactivate your plan.
Cancel via the EVCS Mobile App
- Open the EVCS app and make sure you're logged into your account.
- Tap Profile > Manage Plan at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Tap the Cancel Plan button.
- Read through the cancellation details, then tap Continue Cancellation.
Cancel via the EVCS Website
- Go to www.evcs.com and log into your account.
- On your account page, select Cancel My Subscription.
- Please check the reason why you are canceling your plan.
- Select Cancel My Subscription again to confirm.
