If you've encountered this error message while signing into the EVCS mobile app, it is likely because the phone number you are attempting to use is already associated with an EVCS account created under a different email address.


Accessing Your Account

This process guides you through the necessary steps to regain access to your existing account.

  1. Exit Verification: Tap the "Back" button and select "Log Out" within the app to exit the phone number verification step.
  2. Determine Correct Account: Determine the correct email address you originally used to sign in by following the troubleshooting steps in our article: I Cannot Sign In to My Account.
  3. Sign In: Use the correct email address determined in the previous step to successfully sign in and regain access to your account.
  4. Contact Support (If Needed): If the steps above do not resolve the issue, reach out to EVCS Customer Support and provide your phone number to help the agent locate and verify your account.
