If you are running into issues logging into your EVCS account, the information below addresses the most common causes for sign-in difficulties.
Incorrect Credentials
Check spelling and Data Entry
- Check Spelling: Double check to make sure you've spelled your username and/or password correctly.

Wrong Email Address: Check to make sure you're using the correct email address when signing in. EVCS sends a confirmation email to every new account with the subject Confirm your email address. Check the To: section of that email to see which address the account was created with.
- Wrong Password: If you've forgotten your password, you can go through the password reset flow in our article How Do I Reset or Change My Password?
Try a Different Authentication method
EVCS allows users to sign in with various types of authentication methods: Username and password, Apple authentication (using either Standard email address or Private Apple Relay ID), Google authentication, Facebook authentication.
- Ensure you are using the same method you used to sign up with.
- Note: Signing in with any authentication method other than username and password is only supported in the EVCS app (i.e. not through the website).
Registration Errors
Accidentally Signing Up Instead of Logging In
If you already have an account with us, make sure to use the Log in button instead of the Sign up button.
Phone Number Already Used Error
