Lyft drivers who connect their accounts to EVCS and sign up for a qualifying subscription plan are eligible to receive discounted pricing each month. This process involves linking your accounts via the Lyft application.
Connect Your Account
In order to receive a Lyft rideshare discount, users must connect their Lyft account to EVCS using the following steps:
- Visit Lyft's Go Electric webpage.
- Scroll down to the Save on fast charging with EVCS section and click Enroll now.
- Enter the phone number associated with your Lyft Driver account.

Verify Lyft Account: VerifyYou will receive a text message from Lyft with a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code into the text box, then click Next.

Sign In or Create EVCS Account: Sign in with your EVCS account email address and phone number.
- If you do not yet have an EVCS account, a new one will be created using the email address and phone number you provide.
- If you're unsure of which email and phone number you have already signed up with, you may open the EVCS app and click Profile > Account Details.

Authorize Data Sharing: Check the box to agree to EVCS' Terms of Service and to authorize Lyft to share your email and phone with EVCS, then click Connect to EVCS.

Verify EVCS Account: You will receive another text message from EVCS with a 6-digit verification code. Verify your EVCS account ownership by entering the code into the text box, then click Connect to EVCS.
Confirmation and Next Steps
Once complete, you will see a confirmation window indicating that your EVCS account has now been linked to Lyft.
- You may either explore plan options by clicking Explore EVCS Program, or click Disconnect accounts to disconnect your Lyft account from EVCs.

When you log in to the EVCS app and click on Profile, you will now see that your account is Lyft-connected, confirming your eligibility for discounted charging.
